Since our launch, SendIT has gotten more than 250,000 users doing over 750,000+ transactions. We can proudly say that around 20% of the users are non-web3 native and were onboarded to Web3 via SendIT. We are inching towards our mission to make crypto payments seamless.
We have gotten some stellar user stories from Twitter sharing their experience of using SendIT & how seamless it is to send cryptocurrency via SendIT.
Hence, we have developed new ways to earn XP to reward our community for the stellar numbers and enable them to spread SendIT far and wide. This XP can be in the future redeemed against $XAR-wrapped NFTs. More about the NFTs HERE.
Here are some new ways to earn XP
- Sending to new or existing users on Mainnet gives you 50XP
- Sending to new or existing users on Testnet gives you 10XP
- Tweeting a shoutout after a Send gives you 5XP
- Following Arcana Network on Twitter gives you 20XP
The major updates with this update were:
- The number of sent transactions per user daily is now limited to 50 (1 day is 00:00:00 UTC to 23:59:59 UTC).
- There are NO XPs awarded for invites or referrals anymore. But we have something better (BONUS XP - more on this below)
- The reset of unfairly earned XP across the board makes it easier and fairer to compete for leaderboard positions.
What is Bonus XP?
The other major update is the introduction of “Bonus XP.” Now, every one of us using SendIT has perhaps invited some friends or family to join as well. The bonus XP lets you earn XP whenever a person you have invited earns XP.
So, whenever a friend you invited earns say 50 XP by sending on mainnet, you will earn 5XP.
If a person has been invited by you to SendIT using the Invite feature on the app or if you have sent a transaction to a person previously not on SendIT and they use the link generated to join, then you will be the “inviter” for this person and earn Bonus XP every time they do
Example:
- Alice sends a transaction to Bob and shares the link.
- Bob clicks the link and joins SendIT (Bob is a new user).
- If Bob now sends Alice some Matic on Polygon Mainnet, Bob gets 50XP.
- Alice gets 5XP because of the 10% bonus from Bob’s earnings.
- Alice similarly invites many others. There is NO LIMIT to the bonus XP she can earn from them.
Weekly Rewards Update
Because of the unfair practices in the week of 14th Aug, we decided not to give out scheduled Weekly Rewards that week. Instead, we will give out last week's and this week’s rewards at the same time.
