1/ What is the Arcana Network?

2/ Has Arcana Network raised funds previously?
Arcana has raised 4.5M USD from some of the leading investors and founders in the ecosystem, such as Republic Crypto, Woodstock, Digital Currency Group, Balaji Srinivasan, Founders of Polygon, and more.

3/ What is the $XAR token?
$XAR is the utility token for the Arcana Network. It is an ERC20 token issued on the Ethereum network. $XAR is an ERC20 utility token within the Arcana network. The network operates as a POS app-chain, relying on external computing resources for transaction processing, application execution, and blockchain validation. These resource providers are compensated with XAR tokens for their services, akin to "mining"
In the short/medium term: Ensuring the economic security of the Arcana PoS app chain. Token holders will be able to stake Arcana tokens and boost the economic security of the chain in return for staking rewards. Staking rewards are yet to be finalized but will perhaps be some combination of inflation and tokens bought back from the open market from the revenue the platform generates.
In the long term: Platform governance is where holders can participate in making key decisions on the journey of Arcana, moving from being a platform to becoming a protocol and a public good.

5/ How can I participate in the token sale?
The $XAR token sale will take place on Republic (republic.com/arcana) in Nov 2023.
Arcana community who have filled the allowlist will have early access to the sale 48 hrs prior to opening it up to the general public. Early access investors get to participate in the sale at a discounted valuation with a shorter vesting schedule.
Purchasers are required to register their account on Republic.com and await further instructions via email and social media channels.

6/ Where can I receive support from the Republic if I face issues with the registration?

7/ What is the Allowlist?
We at Arcana Network deeply value our community members for all the love and support. The allowlist would allow the Arcana community members to access the token sale 48 hours prior to all other investors. Join the allowlist here
8/ Is there a cap amount for the purchase?
Yes.
Minimum Purchase: $200
Maximum Purchase: $10,000
9/ How do I fund my purchase?
Purchasers can participate in the sale and purchase $XAR with USD, USDC and USDT. You can pay with Cards or wallet payments.
10/ What is the lock-up and release schedule for tokens sold in the $XAR public sale?
The tokens sold through Republic will carry vesting and unlocks between 3 Months to 12 Months based on the Valuation that you choose to participate at. The exact valuation, tokens available for sale at that valuation, and vesting period will be available on republic during the token sale.

13/ Is there a fixed price for the token sale, or do we get options?
Purchasers will have multiple options to buy the token. All options will be listed on Republic when the sale is live.
14/ Why can’t certain residents and citizens participate in the $XAR Token Sale?
This is based on compliance and regulations applicable to the company and the Token sale platform
15/ How will my purchased $XAR tokens be delivered?
Once vested, the purchased $XAR will be delivered to the purchaser's ERC-20 wallet via a Smart Contract. All details can be verified publicly.
