How do you calculate MAU?
Every user that logs in to an app at least once a month will be considered a monthly active user. However we don't place any upper limit on the number of times a user can login which differentiates our service from others.
When is the billing done?
We bill once at the beginning of the current month and deduct the required amounts from the balance maintained in your account. Any amounts that exceed your maintained balance, will be billed at the rate of USD 2.5/100 MAUs.
Will 1,000 MAU's be free forever?
We intend to keep this plan available for as long as possible as it is a good way for our customers to try out our services and then make a decision.
What is your refund policy?
You can absolutely request to withdraw any unused amounts that may be deposited in your account at any time. However since we need you to top up your account only when you need, this need may never arise.
Do you offer a fixed price option?

Do you offer discounts?
We currently have a promotion running that offers up to 2,000 MAU for free to projects. We do not offer any further discounts over and above that.
