In our effort to onboard great partners and support them in their web3 journey, we have onboarded Fandora.app, a unique Content Licensing platform & marketplace for Web3 applications. Fandora aims to bridge the ecosystem between the creators and web3 studios. The creator will focus on their content while monetising it using NFTs and studios who will use this content to further monetise other high-value web3 assets. It thus empowers creators to sell Pre-NFT Rights of their content without worrying about multiple challenges and derive optimal value for their Web3 avatars.
With Fandora, creators can create pre-NFT rights, which enables their audience to leverage the creator’s brand and create content for them and get rewarded for that while paying royalties to the creator. Fandora provides the infrastructure to build creator tokens that can be distributed to your audience and let your audience join your journey and create tokenised crowdsourcing which can help. Fandora also has an NFT marketplace allowing creators to list licensed NFTs.
Fandora will soon enable you to help your audience bid for a revenue share from your upcoming product/media through Fandora Tokens. It gives your audience a piece of the pie of the future revenues from the products/brands/media.
How does Fandora align with Arcana’s mainnet?
Fandora aims to onboard non-native web3 users using Arcana Auth SDK. Arcana Auth helps onboard users with familiar web2 social auth or passwordless auth without knowing how to set up wallets and manage keys. Once Onboarded, users get a Web wallet that doesn’t need any installation.
Fandora will also use Arcana’s private NFTs infra to set up their marketplace. Private NFTs is built on top of Arcana’s Access Control. Private NFTs are owner-controlled NFTs that are just like standard NFTs with public image and metadata, but they also include an additional DID link to an encrypted file that only the owner of the NFT can decrypt. These NFTs can be minted on any EVM chain and traded on Fandora’s marketplace.
As a part of our onboarding commitment, we will be helping Fandora by supporting them in areas around product, growth and community building and helping them launch on Arcana’s Mainnet.
